Describe the actual job
List the rooms, approximate size and the tasks you want done. A routine tidy, an empty-unit move-out clean and a post-renovation job are not interchangeable. Note access limitations and items requiring specialist care instead of assuming a basic booking covers them.

Compare equivalent quotes
Ask how many people attend, how long they stay, who brings equipment and consumables, and which tasks are add-ons. Two cleaners for two hours and one cleaner for four hours may have equal labour-hours but are not automatically equivalent in scheduling or what can be completed.
In an invented example, a ₱900 booking plus ₱300 of necessary extras costs more than an otherwise equivalent ₱1,100 inclusive quote. These figures are not market rates. Include transport or building charges only where the actual quote requires them, not as assumed universal fees.
Prioritise before arrival
Name the tasks that matter most if time runs short, and ask how additional time would be approved. Do not leave the provider to guess whether kitchen surfaces or bedroom organisation should come first. Keep hazardous or specialist work outside an ordinary booking unless explicitly covered.
At completion, check the agreed scope before discussing extra work. Retain the booking record and use the provider’s stated support process if something is missing. This is a quote-comparison method, not a cleanliness guarantee or a claim about disinfection.
