The Mall at NUSTAR Cebu’s Enchanted Ball is on October 31, 2026, but qualifying receipts must be dated October 5–30. The requirement is at least ₱5,000 accumulated at participating outlets for one child aged 12 or below; places are capped at the first 100 pre-registered children.

Confirm a place before adding to your bill

Present eligible receipts, which can only be used once, at Level 1 Concierge. After verification, a parent or legal guardian completes the e-form. Successful registration produces an email QR code for event-day check-in. The official page lists eligible outlets; not every purchase should be assumed to qualify.

If you already have receipts from a planned meal, ask Concierge to check them and confirm capacity before spending more. An advertised registration process does not prove a place is still available. We have not checked remaining slots.

The October 31 schedule

  • 1–3:30pm: kit collection and registration, Level 2.
  • 4–6pm: trick-or-treating, games and entertainment, Level 4.
  • 7pm: The Land Before Time screening, NUSTAR Premier Cinema; each kit includes screening access for two.

The two cinema admissions do not establish entry for two children to the whole event. For siblings or additional adults, ask staff about the exact arrangement rather than multiplying a benefit beyond what is stated.

Use existing receipts first

This is most useful for families who already planned eligible spending. Buying extra meals solely to reach the threshold adds a real cost; the activity is not an unconditional free outing. Allow for the gap between afternoon activities and the evening film when deciding whether to stay.

If sharing transport, agree on the return time before splitting the bill; our shared-outing budget guide covers that calculation. Checked October 28, 2026. No registration, purchase or visit was made.
